Chris Crawford, CEO

Chris Crawford is a diversified senior executive with over 27 years of senior financial, business/operations and acquisition/divestiture experience including roles as Chief Financial Officer, General Manager and In-House Legal Counsel, as well as strategic planning and business development. He is an inactive member of the Oregon Bar and the Oregon Society of CPAs. Prior to launching ClearPath Business Advisors in March 2000, Chris served as Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of California Operations for The North Face, Inc., a $220 million NASDAQ company. He also served as Chief Financial Officer and In-House Legal Counsel for Vermont Castings, Inc., a privately held manufacturing company that, during Chris' tenure, turned from near bankruptcy to a $60 million company with high value and cashflow driven off the creation and implementation of new key strategic initiatives over a five year period. In addition, he served as Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning, and In-House Legal Counsel, for CFM Majestic, Inc., a $200 million company publicly traded on the Toronto stock exchange. Chris' other responsibilities have included significant mergers and acquisitions experience, including the role of Director of Business Evaluation for PacifiCorp Financial Services, Inc. - a $2.6 billion financial services company where Chris created a new position of Director of New Business Evaluation where he was responsible for evaluating the merits of new commercial and equity investments. Chris began his business career at Arthur Andersen & Company, in Los Angeles.

In his business career, Mr. Crawford has a proven track record of success with a focus on maximizing shareholder value and improvement of business processes and infrastructure. Areas of experience include business turnarounds, financial modeling, mergers & acquisitions, supply chain improvements, cash flow analysis, forecasting, purchasing, distribution, product line profitability, restructuring, reorganization, bank financing and due diligence. Mr. Crawford has worked closely with professional commercial and investment bankers and understands the communication, analysis and reporting issues critical to those relationships.

Stacey Blanda, Senior Vice President

Stacey Blanda is senior Controller level with over 20 years of extensive experience in all areas of accounting and finance. Stacey co-founded ClearPath Business Advisors in 2000, bringing her years of "hands on" experience to our clients. She has worked at every level in accounting, including five years as the Assistant Controller at The North Face where she helped take the company public and conduct a secondary offering and three years as the Controller at GE Medical Systems, including managing through an acquisition.

Stacey brings a very detailed and methodical approach to finance that allows our clients to be confident that all bases are covered. Our clients' bookkeepers look to Stacey as their overseer or supervisor, someone to call and ask questions, or anything in between. Our clients' owners and executives look to Stacey for confidence that their books and records are accurate, that variances are identified before they become a problem, and that positive trends are highlighted so opportunities are not missed. Stacey works with and trains the staff at our clients to help them develop and to make them more self-sufficient.

Stacey has proven expertise in systems conversions and integrations from the financial perspective and is extremely proficient in developing and implementing reporting systems for both Public and Privately held companies, including SEC reporting. Her experience also includes the preparation, forecasting and management of corporate tax requirements (working with an outside CPA), management of all accounting functions: Invoicing, AR, AP, Collections, Payroll, General Ledger, Cash Forecasting, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Analysis and Review and Inventory Management and oversight of outside financial and tax audits on behalf of our clients. Stacey is very capable of contributing to the design, development, and implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and internal controls in line with company's growth, goals, and objectives. Her manufacturing and cost accounting experience is significant and very helpful for our clients with more complex accounting needs.

Stacey joined Chris to launch ClearPath Business Advisors in 2000 and currently oversees the Company's Financial Services Division as its Senior Vice President.

Patrick Bormann, Senior Vice President

Patrick Bormann is a diversified senior executive with strong Operations, sales management and finance experience. With 28 years experience, Patrick is capable of providing significant and genuine business expertise to help in a wide variety of situations. Patrick has held roles of Chief Operating Officer, General Manager, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Sales and Distribution. He has lived through periods of significant growth, helping drive an information management solution company from ground zero to over $220 million in revenue. Patrick has also been part of a start up software and information solution business, helping to raise the initial $1M of seed capital and creating the basic infrastructure and business model.

Patrick served as Sales & Marketing Manager and then was promoted to General Manager and ultimately was a Vice President for Triad Systems Corporation in Livermore, California where Patrick worked for 20 years. During this period, Patrick was responsible for the leadership, strategic direction, and profit and loss of multiple business units in North America, which totaled $140 million in sales, service and leasing revenues. He managed through an acquisition of Triad by CCI and successfully combined their sales forces and marketing teams, and combined three business units into one. Patrick helped develop and implement new product positioning, pricing & distribution strategies to maximize sales. Overall, his areas of responsibility included a direct sales force, telemarketing, sales support and administration, sales training, product marketing and business products. In addition, as the General Manager, Warehouse Systems Division - Patrick was responsible for the leadership, strategic direction, and profit and loss of this $12 million business unit. At IntelEvent, Patrick lived through the experience of being a start up software company and raising equity funding. At Berkeley Process Controls, Patrick launched the company into relationships with semiconductor capital equipment manufacturers and expanded the sales and marketing force to Europe. He also developed and implemented new product positioning, pricing and distribution strategies to maximize sales for each market segment: semiconductor equipment, telecommunications/fiber optics and industrial automation.

Patrick successfully worked for one of ClearPath's first clients in 2000 and ultimately joined ClearPath as a Senior Vice President and business partner in 2004. In addition to his wide knowledge and experience base, Patrick brings a perspective to business issues that incorporates sales and marketing perspectives as well as a sense of reasoned, sound judgment from a "this is how it really works" perspective.
